Three Approaches to Selling a Home:
Staging- I include Staging along with a couple days of labor with all my Listing Contracts! It may include painting, small repairs, power washing, or landscaping at no additional cost. I am a Certified Staging Professional. Staged homes sell for 6-13% more and sell it 40% faster.
Whatever approach you choose you will receive my remodel expertise!
1. As Is- The first approach is to sell a home "As is". Sometimes it is necessary to sell a home "as is" because of time or money constraints. When this approach is used I will still volunteer my skills in helping fix small repairs, a little painting, or landscaping. I will also help you stage the house to get the best results when the home hits the market. I am a Certified Staging Professional. Staged homes sell for 6-13% more and sell it 40% faster.
2. Refresh- The Refresh is for those homes that need a little more work to get ready for the market. My crew can paint an entire house, put in new carpet, and do larger repairs. Refreshing a house is often the best return on investment. I have a good relationship with some very economical contractors. I cringe when talking to people about how much they have paid for home remodeling and repairs.
3. Major Rehab- A major rehab may be in order if your home needs major renovation. Sometimes it is necessary to do a full kitchen and bath remodel or put on a new roof to increase the sale price or expedite a sale. My economical contractors will again save you a lot of money.
